We use enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, and administer workshop bookings. We process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and for legitimate interests in operating our training practice, balanced against your rights.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, accounting, or legal obligation. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no overriding obligation applies.

Sharing
