Official name and history
Tool Heathpath (Pty) Ltd was established in 2018 in eThekwini. The company began by facilitating half-day briefings for local professional services firms after a cluster of supplier-payment near-misses in KwaZulu-Natal. Demand for longer, scenario-led days grew, and the offer expanded into full-day social engineering resilience workshops, leadership tabletops, and train-the-facilitator cohorts.
Today we work with retailers, insurers, logistics teams, credit unions, and municipal contractors who need staff to recognise pressure tactics in email, voice, messaging, and walk-in encounters.
Working approach
We draft scenarios from your channels before we enter the room. Facilitation favours paired drills and group debriefs over long lectures. Sponsors receive a written summary so the day does not evaporate into anecdote.
